As the Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to an exceptional standard. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and on-site coordination
- Ensure all work meets medical-grade standards, regulations, and quality requirements
- Maintain a strong focus on WHS, risk management, and safe site practices
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and issue resolution
- Ensure clean, efficient, and professionally presented worksites
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial or medical fit-out projects
- Must have experience working in live environments
- Proficient with construction softwares such as Procore, Hammertech, Jobpac
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read drawings, interpret specifications, and manage fast-paced programs
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to high quality
- Trade qualification or construction-related certification (desirable)
