A successful and highly regarded, long standing commercial construction contractor, have partnered with Design & Build to source an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a $30m Health Project.
This company are specialised across Retail, Commercial, Leisure, Education & Industrial projects up to $80m.
They're renown for their integrity in all areas of operation, excellence in workmanship and ensuring clients’ needs are a priority. Over the last couple of year's they have experienced steady growth and have an established, dynamic and high performing team.
Duties in your role will include:
- Full site set up
- Management of all trades and subcontractors
- Ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
- Management of all aspects of health and safety (OH&S)
- Management of stakeholders both internally and external
- Minimum 4 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Ideally you have worked across the full project cycle of an industrial, health or education project valued $20m+
- Strong management and coordination skills
- Excellent understanding of OH&S
- Ability to work autonomously
