Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
- Monitor progress against program and report project updates to leadership
- Oversee site safety, compliance, and quality assurance processes
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep works moving smoothly
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project teams
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within education or commercial fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage timelines, subcontractors, and documentation efficiently
- Proficient with construction softwares such as Jobpac, Procore, Hammertech
- Immediate availability preferred
