Site Manager
Design and Build Recruitment is looking for two experienced Site Managers with a passion for overseeing new build and refurb projects. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our client's projects. North and South side of Brisbane projects.
Initial project is a $30M refurb and new build.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager new build projects up to $30M
- QBCC & First Aid license.
- Sound understanding and commitment to safety regulations and procedures.
