Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activities for fit-out and refurbishment
- Ensure compliance with Defence site protocols, security requirements, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to maintain workflow and programme targets.
- Conduct daily site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and documentation, escalating issues where required.
- Liaise with stakeholders, project engineers, and security personnel to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain accurate site records, including permits, SWMS, and progress reports.
- Ensure works are executed to Defence standards and within scoped timeframes.
- DCAC clearance, or proven experience working on Defence sites is beneficial
- Demonstrated experience managing construction fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and experience working in secure, high-compliance environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive programme outcomes under tight timelines.
- Proficient with construction softwares including Procore, Hammertech and Jobpac
