Key Responsibilities
- Manage all site operations for commercial fit-out projects from commencement through to handover.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain rigorous safety standards and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Work collaboratively with clients, architects, designers, engineers, and internal project teams.
- Track daily progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving smoothly.
- 3+ years’ experience delivering commercial fit-outs with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and motivate site teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges on site.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and exceptional client service.
