The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager to join the delivery team on a $60M luxury apartment development in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
This is a flagship project with an emphasis on refined detail, architectural execution, and high-end finishes. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and an environment that values autonomy, transparency, and craftsmanship.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily on-site operations and subcontractor coordination
- Managing program, sequencing, and short-term scheduling
- Upholding strict quality standards, particularly around high-end finishes
- Driving safety, compliance, and site culture
- Liaising with consultants, design teams, and internal stakeholders
- Identifying buildability issues and implementing solutions
- Managing site reporting, documentation, and handover requirements
- Trade background or degree-qualified in Construction Management
- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential or multi-residential projects
- Strong technical understanding of structures, services, and architectural finishes
- Proven ability to deliver detail-heavy apartment projects with multiple stakeholder groups
- A calm, organised and solutions-focused communicator
- Ability to lead teams, maintain standards, and drive program outcomes
- Salary package up to $220,000 + Super
