As a Site manager your responsibilities will include;
- Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety procedures.
- Develop and maintain site programs and construction schedules.
- Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth communication and project progression.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with design documentation.
- Report on project progress, issues, and milestones.
- Manage defect rectification and project handover.
Key details
- Rate: Up to $70 per hour + Super
- Hours: 40 hours per week (weekend work available)
- Location: Projects across shopping centres in and around central Melbourne
- Requirements: White Card essential, First Aid preferred
