The Opportunity
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery of a $50M+ luxury apartment development in Rose Bay. A project defined by detailed architectural finishes, high-spec services integration, and sophisticated structural design.
You’ll have autonomy to run the site day-to-day, supported by a hands-on senior leadership team that values clear communication, planning and teamwork. This is a role for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front and thrives on delivering beautiful, high-end residential work.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
- Driving program delivery, sequencing and short-term scheduling
- Maintaining strict quality standards, particularly around high-end finishes and façade detailing
- Ensuring safety compliance, site culture and best-practice HSEQ systems are upheld
- Conducting toolbox talks, site meetings and regular inspections
- Managing design queries, buildability challenges and coordination with consultants
- Ensuring site presentation, cleanliness and client expectations are consistently met
- Contributing to progress reporting, forecasting and project documentation
- Trade-qualified (carpentry preferred) or degree-qualified in Construction Management
- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager delivering residential apartment or high-end residential projects
- Proven experience on projects $40M+ with detailed finishes, complex structures or premium façade works
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain momentum
- Excellent communication and client-facing capability
- A solutions-focused operator with a calm, organised approach to delivery
- Salary package up to $220,000 + Super, depending on experience
