We are working with a well-established, high-end residential builder delivering architecturally designed homes across the Eastern suburbs. With a strong pipeline of luxury projects up to $15M, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.
This is a long-term opportunity with a builder known for quality, structure, and a positive site culture.
The Role
- Manage the full delivery of luxury residential builds from start to finish
- Oversee trades, subcontractors, and suppliers on site
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard
- Work closely with Construction Managers, PMs, and architects
- Maintain site safety, quality control, and reporting
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects
- Strong understanding of high-quality finishes and architectural details
- Trade background preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage programs, trades, and client expectations
- Salary up to $160k + super(depending on experience)
- Secure pipeline of luxury homes up to $15M
