You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a live refurbishment within an operational environment, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high-quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall site management and supervision of trades and subcontractors
- Program management to meet a 16-week construction schedule
- Coordination of site activities to minimise disruption to stakeholders
- Management of site safety, WHS compliance, and toolbox talks
- Quality control and defect management
- Liaison with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Reporting on progress, costs, and site issues
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment or fit out projects
- Strong programming and subcontractor coordination skills
- Solid understanding of WHS requirements and site compliance
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the site
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient with construction softwares such as Procore, Hammertech
- Relevant trade or construction qualification preferred
