This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised Site Manager with strong commercial fit out experience who enjoys taking ownership of site delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations on a commercial fit out project
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure program milestones are met
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders
- Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and drive productivity
- Ensure works are delivered on time and within budget
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out or interior projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing, and finishes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain a safe, organised site
- Trade background or relevant construction qualification preferred
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements
