Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for a large-scale residential project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Provide clear reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a positive team culture and high-performance work environment.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large residential projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related field.
