This role is ideal for a hands-on Site Manager who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial fit out project, from site establishment through to practical completion and handover. You will be the key driver on site, coordinating trades, maintaining programme and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Full site management of a commercial fit out project
- Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers on site
- Managing site programme and driving deadlines
- Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
- Quality control and defect management
- Liaising with project managers, consultants and clients
- Maintaining site records, reporting and documentation
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong focus on safety, quality and delivery
- White Card (required)
- Trade background or construction qualification preferred
