We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team, a leading tier 3 builder in Adelaide, known for their industrial projects. Do you have a trade background with an interest in moving into a Site Manager role in the commercial construction industry?
Job Requirements:
- At least 1-5 years of experience in a Site Manager position within the construction industry, desirably on commercial projects.
- A background in fitout/ refurb is a bonus
- Industrial experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to oversee site safety operations and deliver work in a safe manor
