We’re working with a well-established builder to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver a $4m motel renovation in the Blue Mountains.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident running a live site, coordinating multiple trades, and keeping programs tight while maintaining quality and safety standards.
The Role
- Full responsibility for day-to-day site operations
- Managing up to 15 people onsite(trades & subcontractors)
- Overseeing program, quality control, WHS and site logistics
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Reporting progress to senior management
- Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on renovation or refurbishment projects
- Confident managing 15+ workers onsite
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Well-organised with solid problem-solving ability
- Trade background preferred but not essential
- Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance
- Salary up to $150k + super(depending on experience)
