The Role
- Site management of commercial office fit outs and refurbishments
- Projects up to $4.5M, ranging from 5,000 – 15,000 sqm
- Daily management of site activities, subcontractors, and program delivery
- Depending on project size, oversee one large site or multiple smaller sites
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and coordination
- Strong background in commercial office fit out / refurbishment
- Proven ability managing subcontractors and live sites
- Solid understanding of OH&S and site compliance
- Experience using Procore is essential
- Comfortable delivering projects in the CBD
- 6-month initial contract
