As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for on-site delivery from mobilisation through to completion. You’ll coordinate trades, manage daily operations, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors
- Driving programme and sequencing to meet key milestones
- Ensuring strict adherence to WHS requirements and site safety
- Managing site logistics within a live or operational environment
- Quality control and defect management
- Liaising with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives
- Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on hospitality, retail, or commercial fit-out projects
- Strong track record delivering fast-track refurbishments
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight programmes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of Australian construction standards and WHS legislation
