We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver hospitality fit out and refurbishment projects across hotel venues, with project values typically up to $3M.
This role will see you leading fast-paced refurbishments, often within live environments, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of finish.
The Role:
- Manage day-to-day site operations from site establishment through to handover
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
- Oversee programme, site logistics and sequencing of works
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and presentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Manage live environments with minimal disruption to ongoing operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering hospitality projects
- Background in fit out and refurbishment (hotels, pubs, clubs or similar venues)
- Strong understanding of high-spec finishes and services coordination
- Experience working in live, operational environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to drive programme and hold subcontractors accountable
