Their primary focus is on high-end residential builds, delivering architecturally designed homes typically valued up to $5m. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and several projects already underway, they’re looking to expand their team with a like-minded professional.
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a mix of renovation and new build projects valued up to $5m. You’ll take ownership of 2-3 projects at a time, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the high standard the business is known for.

As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all on-site activities
- Overseeing the construction of high end homes
- Working closely with the Director who handles the overall program
- Keeping the build on track, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Utilising various construction systems on a daily basis
- Liaising with on-site teams, architects, clients, and external stakeholders
- Proven experience delivering multiple high-end residential projects valued $2m+
- Proven experience and ability overseeing 2-3 projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead an internal team and liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Confident using construction management systems and documentation software
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Strong time management and leadership ability
