This role will suit a hands-on Site Manager who can drive programme, manage subcontractors effectively and maintain strong safety and quality standards on site.

- Day-to-day management of the construction site
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and suppliers
- Driving programme to ensure timely delivery
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and compliance
- Managing site logistics and sequencing for industrial builds
- Liaising with the Project Manager and key stakeholders
- Resolving site issues and keeping works progressing smoothly
- Established commercial/industrial builder with 35+ years industry experience
- Strong reputation for delivering high-quality industrial and commercial projects
- Family-oriented culture with a focus on team collaboration and long-term growth
- Active pipeline of projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria
- Known for delivering practical, functional and well-executed builds
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial or commercial projects
- Ability to manage programmes, trades and site coordination effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong focus on safety and quality outcomes
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (preferred)
