The Opportunity
As part of continued activity across their inner Sydney project pipeline, they are looking for an experienced Class 2 Site Manager to take the lead on a premium residential build in Sydney's inner suburbs. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on delivering beautifully finished product and understands the discipline, communication and precision that high-end residential construction demands.
You'll be working closely with a tight-knit, experienced team that is deeply committed to excellence at every stage of the build.
The Role
- Manage all day-to-day site operations across the full lifecycle of the build
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries and program milestones
- Maintain rigorous safety standards and ensure full HSEQ compliance on site
- Drive program and productivity without compromising build quality or finish
- Liaise with consultants, clients and internal teams with professionalism and clarity
- Attend site meetings and provide regular progress reporting to the project team
- Uphold the exacting quality standards that define the business and its reputation
- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering class 2 apartment projects, ideally high-end
- A genuine eye for quality, detail and finish - you take pride in the product you put your name to
- Strong understanding of build sequencing, trades coordination and program management
- Confident, clear communicator who leads by example and earns the respect of those around them
- Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
- Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction management
- Salary package up to $200,000 + super depending on experience
