Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the construction of high-end homes and managing all on-site activities
- Working closely with the Project Manager who handles the overall program
- Keeping the build on track, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Leading a team and coordinating trusted subcontractors
- Utilising various construction systems on a daily basis
- Proven experience delivering multiple high-end residential projects valued $8m+
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead an internal team and liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Proven track record of maintaining high OHS standards across construction sites
- Confident using construction management systems and documentation software
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Strong time management and leadership ability
