This is a technically complex role involving coordination of multiple building services disciplines while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing hotel operations and guest experience.
The Role:
- Day-to-day site management of services upgrade works
- Coordinating mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services trades
- Managing works in a live, operational hotel environment
- Planning and executing staged works, shutdowns, and isolations
- Ensuring strict adherence to programme, safety, and quality standards
- Liaising closely with the client, hotel management, and consultants
- Leading site meetings and providing clear progress reporting
- Managing subcontractors and driving site productivity
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Strong background in live environment delivery (hotels, hospitals, commercial, or similar)
- Confident client-facing communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of building services coordination and sequencing
- Ability to manage complex programming and live operational constraints
- Strong WHS and compliance focus
- Trade or construction qualifications preferred
