Their projects span across Victoria, including the successful delivery of a number of builds throughout the Mornington Peninsula. Due to the consistent quality of their work and growing demand in this areas, they are now seeking a confident Site Manager to oversee upcoming projects across the region.
This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a mix of renovation and new build projects valued up to $5m. You’ll take ownership of up to 3 projects at a time, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the high standard the business is known for.

As Site Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all on-site activities across multiple high-end residential projects
- Overseeing the construction of complex, architecturally designed homes
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards
- Leading site teams and coordinating trusted subcontractors
- Managing documentation and reporting
- Liaising closely with clients, architects, and key stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
- Proven experience delivering multiple high-end residential projects valued $3m+
- Proven experience and ability overseeing 2-3 projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead an internal team and liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Confident using construction management systems and documentation software
- Carpentry background preferred
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
- Strong time management and leadership ability
