The Role You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, programme, and safety standards are consistently achieved on site. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, and the internal construction team to deliver exceptional projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running high-end residential projects
- Carpentry trade background essential
- Strong understanding of residential construction and sequencing
- Ability to manage trades, subcontractors, and site programmes effectively
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Stable employment history with reputable builders preferred
- Projects located across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs
