Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple floors
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Drive project milestones and maintain construction schedules
- Conduct site meetings and liaise with project stakeholders
- Manage site documentation, quality assurance, and compliance requirements
- Promote a positive safety culture and maintain WHS standards
- Proven experience delivering commercial workplace fit-out projects as a Site Manager
- Experience managing projects within occupied CBD environments
- Strong knowledge of programme management, site coordination, and safety compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Trade or construction-related qualifications preferred
- Ability to commence in the coming weeks
