This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor on a live hotel project, overseeing critical services and fire compliance works while ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site trades.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
- Oversee services and fire upgrade packages.
- Liaise with the client, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Maintain site documentation, inductions and daily reporting.
- Manage works within a live operating hotel environment.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out, refurbishment or services upgrade projects.
- Previous experience delivering fire upgrades and/or building services projects.
- Experience working in live environments, ideally hotels, hospitality, healthcare or occupied commercial buildings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Current White Card.
- First Aid and relevant site tickets (preferred).
- Ability to commence immediately or at short notice.
