Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities from commencement through to handover.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Drive the construction programme to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure WHS compliance at all times.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily site coordination.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants and client throughout the build.
- Monitor quality control and ensure a high standard of workmanship.
- Manage site documentation, inspections and defect rectification.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fit out projects.
- Hospitality and/or commercial fit out experience highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and Australian building standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades in live or fast-paced environments.
