Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead projects valued up to $20M.

The Role As Site Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. You'll be supported by an experienced project team while maintaining a hands-on leadership style when required.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering projects up to $20M.
- Essential experience delivering Class 2 residential projects.
- Experience delivering high-end luxury homes or premium residential projects will be highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards and WHS requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.
- A practical, team-first approach—you won't hesitate to jump on the tools when needed to keep the job moving.
- Salary package up to $200,000, including company ute and fuel card.
