We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established residential construction company delivering high-quality Class 1 projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
With a strong and growing project pipeline, this is an opportunity to join a company specializing in architecturally designed new builds and high-end renovations, with projects valued up to $10M.
The Role As Site Manager, you will take ownership of projects from site establishment through to completion, working closely with the project management team, trades, consultants, architects and clients.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard of workmanship.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations across Class 1 residential projects
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
- Managing project programs, sequencing and site logistics
- Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
- Ensuring WHS compliance and site safety
- Coordinating with project managers, architects, consultants and clients
- Monitoring project progress and addressing issues proactively
- Managing site documentation, inspections and quality control
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in accordance with plans and specifications
You will ideally have:
- Strong experience across Class 1 residential construction
- Experience managing new builds and major renovations
- A track record working on projects valued up to $10M
- Strong knowledge of architectural construction and high-end finishes
- Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
- Strong understanding of construction programs, plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A hands-on, proactive approach to site management
- Relevant construction qualifications and tickets
- Salary up to $180,000 + Super, depending on experience
