This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager looking for a short-term contract with a reputable builder, working across well-managed projects with an established team behind them.
The Role
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across two projects in Sydney Inner West
- Manage subcontractors, trades and site activities to ensure projects remain on programme
- Maintain high standards across WHS, quality and project delivery
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and broader project team
- Manage site documentation and reporting
- Utilise Procore and OneBreadcrumb throughout the projects
- Take ownership of site delivery through to completion
- Proven experience delivering projects up to approximately $10M
- Ideally Class 2 or Class 3 project experience
- Candidates with experience across Class 2–9 will also be considered
- Strong site management and subcontractor coordination skills
- Excellent understanding of WHS, programme and quality requirements
- Experience using Procore and OneBreadcrumb is highly desirable
- A hands-on, organised and proactive approach to site management
