This role would suit a hands-on Site Manager who is confident delivering projects in live environments, coordinating trades after hours, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme.
The Role
- Manage all night shift site operations on a retail / hospitality fit-out project
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme deadlines are met
- Maintain site safety and compliance at all times
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and key stakeholders
- Monitor quality of workmanship across all trades
- Ensure smooth handover between day and night teams where required
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail, hospitality or commercial fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of live environment refurbishments
- Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-moving programme
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- White Card essential
- First Aid preferred
- Ability to work independently and lead from the front
