We’re partnering with a well-established Tier 3 Industrial builder
known for delivering high-quality industrial projects
across Victoria. With a strong pipeline of work and a major $40M+ industrial development
underway, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager
to lead from the front.
The Role:
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, driving program delivery, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Working closely with a strong project and construction team, you’ll oversee a landmark industrial project from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale industrial or commercial builds(ideally $20M+)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of construction programming and sequencing
- Commitment to safety, quality, and maintaining excellent site culture
- Long-term pipeline of industrial work across Melbourne’s South East and Peninsula
