We’re partnering with a well-established Melbourne-based builder who are expanding their footprint into regional Victoria. They have an immediate need for an experienced Site Manager
to lead the delivery of a large-scale warehouse development comprising 26 individual units in Albury. With a project value of approximately $6M, this role offers the chance to showcase your leadership on a significant regional build, with the opportunity to move directly onto a Wangaratta project
upon completion.

- Full ownership of site delivery and subcontractor management
- Support from a Melbourne head office with a proven project delivery team
- Oversee all on-site operations ensuring project delivery on time & budget
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager and client representatives
- Drive program, resolve site issues, and keep workflow on track
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial/industrial construction preferred although open to residential new build experience
- Strong track record delivering new build projects from beginning to handover
- Ability to run a project independently with Melbourne support
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
