This is a hands-on role overseeing structural works and coordinating site activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all structural works on site
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and program
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and site organisation
- Liaise with the Site Manager and Project Team
- Conduct toolbox talks and manage site compliance
- Proven experience as a Site Manager OR Structures Foreman on commercial or retail projects
- Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, and structural sequencing
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively
- Sound understanding of WHS requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Relevant trade qualification preferred
