The team is highly experienced, with regular site visits from the Construction and Project Managers to support the site team.
You will work as part of a team to deliver a medium-density residential housing project. Once completed, there will be ongoing work in the area.
As the Site Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing a large jobsite of townhomes (up to 100 in total)
- Managing the project from civil groundworks through to completion/handover
- Coordinate, program and schedule jobs, trades and materials
- Oversee site staff and liaise with internal office staff (Estimators, Drafters, etc)
- Solve design and construction issues that arise on site
- Report on programme, costing, whs and more
- Experience with newly built townhomes
- Technical experience and the ability to manage various trades on site
- Excellent communication skills and previous experience of liaising with both internal employees and external suppliers and stakeholders
- A drivers licence and white card
- Computer literacy ideal
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment Monday to Friday on a single job site
