The Opportunity
They’re on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager
to lead the delivery of a $20M luxury apartment development with a heritage facade, in Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
You’ll take ownership of all site activities, from structural works through to bespoke finishes. You will ensure the preservation of heritage elements while delivering state-of-the-art modern interiors. This is a standout opportunity for someone who excels in technical, design-led environments and thrives when quality and detail matter.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, your role will include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, deliveries, and on-site logistics
- Ensuring strict HSEQ compliance and fostering a safety-first, proactive culture
- Preserving and integrating heritage facade elements while delivering contemporary build quality
- Liaising closely with architects, heritage consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to manage design coordination
- Overseeing progress against program milestones and delivering regular site updates
- Driving quality control with an emphasis on finishes, detailing, and workmanship standards
- Trade-qualified with 7+ years on site, including experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on residential or apartment projects
- Proven ability to manage heritage and complex façade works alongside high-end interior fit-outs
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of current construction sequencing, safety legislation, and quality management
- A meticulous approach to build standards, finishes, and problem-solving on site
- Competitive salary up to $230,000 + Super, commensurate with experience
