Overview
Join a global leader in the renewable energy and infrastructure space, contributing to the delivery of one of Australia's largest energy storage projects.
We are seeking a Site Scheduler
to manage the planning and coordination of electrical and mechanical installation activities across the site. This includes the full balance-of-plant scope and integration with critical delivery, construction, and commissioning phases.
Based on-site in regional NSW, this role is key in keeping the project on track by driving transparency, accurate reporting, and forward-looking planning.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Construction (Off-site Phase):
- Develop and maintain a detailed site baseline schedule in Primavera P6 for all field installation activities.
- Apply resource and cost loading to support cost-to-complete forecasting.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align deliverables with project milestones.
- Maintain real-time updates of the site schedule, ensuring alignment with the overall master schedule and client programme.
- Monitor progress against plan and track interface milestones (civil works, logistics, subcontractors).
- Validate subcontractor progress reports and integrate updates into the schedule.
- Highlight and manage critical path risks; monitor float and buffer consumption.
- Propose mitigations, recovery strategies, and acceleration measures where required.
- Support daily and weekly look-ahead planning with the delivery and field teams.
- Promote a schedule-driven culture on site, partnering closely with project and field supervisors.
Education & Qualifications
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Project Management certification or postgraduate qualifications (e.g. MBA, PMP) are highly desirable.
- 10+ years’ experience in construction scheduling and planning, with at least 5 years in a lead capacity.
- Strong background in large-scale renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, with experience using Power BI; SAP familiarity is a bonus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, commissioning, and interface coordination.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and performance on complex project sites.
