About the Role
With a long-established construction team, the business is committed to developing its people and supporting long-term career progression, with carefully managed workloads to ensure the team is supported and never overloaded.
- Manage the site start process from pre-construction through to slab down
- Coordinate trades, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure permits, documentation and compliance requirements are in place
- Manage multiple sites and construction schedules
- Monitor timelines and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain strong communication with clients and the construction team
- 1+ years experience as a Site Site Supervisor with a residential home builder in WA, or ready to take the next step into your first Site Supervisor role.
- Previous trade experience in Carpentry or Bricklaying will be highly regarded
- A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills.
