This $100 million project
consists of two 13-storey towers
with a shared podium and basement, and has just entered facade and early fit-out stages. With 12 months remaining until practical completion, we’re seeking a Site Supervisor
to take join the project and help drive it across the finish line.
The Project:
- Two 13-storey residential towers + basement and podium
- Located in Perth’s inner suburbs
- $100M total project value
- Currently in facade and fit-out phase
The Role:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and support subcontractor coordination
- Ensure works are completed safely, to quality standards, and in line with the project schedule
- Report progress and site issues to the Site Manager and Project Manager
- Assist with sequencing of trades, material deliveries, and general site logistics
- Monitor site compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements
- Support the project team to achieve a smooth and high-quality handover
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand on multi-storey or large-scale projects
- Background in high-rise residential or commercial construction
- Trade qualification or relevant construction supervision experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Good understanding of WA building codes, standards, and safety practices
- Full-time, permanent role with a solid pipeline of future work
- Autonomy to take ownership of a major project at a critical stage
- Collaborative and experienced delivery team
- Up to $200k + Vehicle/Package (negotiable)
