With the current construction team having been in place for a number of years, they're committed to the development and career progression of the team whilst at the same time focused on retention and job fulfillment. With a clear number of jobs, the integral team member will work alongside the Construction Manager and General Manager
As a Site Supervisor you will be based from their office SOR on a Monday and then working regionally Tuesday onwards and back home by Friday afternoon.
About you:
- A minimum of 3 years building experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to client relations
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong local building and construction knowledge.
