The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating daily site activities, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractor activities across allocated work packages.
- Drive construction programmes, ensuring critical milestones are achieved.
- Monitor quality, safety and compliance across all site activities.
- Coordinate trades, materials, plant and equipment to maintain productivity.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works meet project specifications.
- Identify and resolve construction issues before they impact programme delivery.
- Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and wider delivery team.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman with a reputable commercial or industrial builder.
- Experience delivering large scale industrial, logistics, warehouse or commercial construction projects.
- Strong subcontractor coordination and programme management skills.
- A sound understanding of Australian building standards and site safety requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving abilities.
- A genuine commitment to quality workmanship and safe project delivery.
