• Oversee residential builds from site start through to completion
• Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Manage construction timelines, quality, and safety standards
• Liaise with clients, trades, and internal teams

About You
• Experience supervising residential builds with a Project or Custom Home Builder
• Highly organised, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple sites
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a strong focus on identifying and resolving issues
• A solid understanding of construction regulations, WHS requirements, and quality control processes
