What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the delivery of residential and medium‑density projects from start to finish
- Overseeing single, double‑storey and multi‑unit builds
- Managing trades, suppliers, scheduling and site coordination
- Ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, NCC and Australian Standards
- Keeping quality high at every stage of the build
- Coordinating inspections, certifications and handovers
- Monitoring programs and reporting progress
- Managing defects with a solutions‑focused approach
- Driving WHS standards across all sites
- Communicating clearly with internal teams, clients and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor in residential building
- Strong background in medium‑density and two‑storey projects
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and residential build methodology
- Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and local authority requirements
- Excellent organisation, leadership and communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple sites without dropping the ball
- Current driver’s licence
