We're seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for an ongoing contract role based in West Melbourne, working on a live data centre construction project.

- Site hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Location: West - Melbourne, VIC
- Immediate start available
- Oversee daily site operations during the afternoon shift, ensuring works progress safely and to program
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors on site
- Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Liaise with project management and day-shift supervisors to maintain continuity
- Monitor site conditions, resolve on-site issues, and report progress
- Ensure all works align with data centre construction specifications and protocols
- Minimum 1+ years' experience supervising on a data centre construction project(essential)
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial/industrial construction
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements and site safety management
- Relevant white card and site safety certifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently during the afternoon/evening shift
