Join a leading custom home builder delivering beautifully designed residences, aswell as high-end unit developments. This role will form part of the "Homes Division" which focuses on 1 and 2 storey residencies. As a Site Supervisor your run will consist of 12-14 homes across City Beach, Floreat, Duncraig etc.

- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections
- Maintain site schedules and report progress to the Construction Manager
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to premium standards
- Identify defects early and ensure rectifications before handover
- Proven experience supervising residential homes
- Strong ability to read plans and manage trades
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing and WHS standards
- High level of pride in workmanship and site presentation
