They take on a select number of projects each year, ensuring every renovation receives deep attention, meticulous planning and uncompromising quality.
Projects range from $1M to $6M, with Supervisors typically managing 2–4 jobs at a time — allowing genuine ownership, strong client interaction and full immersion in the build.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading trades to deliver exceptional workmanship within programme
- Driving renovation‑specific scheduling — sequencing, lead times, finishes coordination
- Foreseeing and mitigating risks before they impact quality or timelines
- Upholding premium interior finishes across every detail — cabinetry, stone, lighting, fixtures, bespoke joinery
- 10+ years construction experience
- Strong background in high‑end residential
- Renovation experience highly regarded
- Proven eye for detail and understanding of premium interior finishes
- Ability to work closely with designers, clients and specialist trades
- Work on architecturally‑led, design‑centric renovations
