This company is well established in the NSW housing market for new homes. They have new home projects across NSW.
They build 200 homes a year across the state and are looking to establish themselves in the Hunter Valley area next.
Office support with estimating, drafting/design and customer service teams in place to assist with the day-to-day tasks and problem solving. All office-based staff are long-term employees and highly knowledgeable.
The role:
- Getting everything set up with contacting and onboarding trades and getting them into the system
- Procuring trades and negotiating rates with trades
- Ideally commence building in September on 4 lots of land that the company have acquired in the Hunter Valley, with 10 more to come
- Working remotely from home until the Lochinvar display home opens and can be used as an office
- Site reports to the planning and construction teams at head office
- Running up to 20 jobs in the future and training future supervisors
- Regular daily communication with the head office
- Experience with new-built homes in the Hunter/Newcastle regions
- Good trade base and trade knowledge in the are
- Proactive, self-driven work ethic
- A drivers license and white card
- Strong computer literacy and written and verbal communication skills
