Over the last 2 years our client has experienced rapid growth, doubling both their revenue and headcount in that time. About the role:
- Roving across multiple sites - unlike regular foreperson roles this role will have you involved on multiple different jobs and learning from multiple different people
- Direct progression into being a Site Manager in the future
- Learning & implementing new construction systems, including utilizing technology that is AI assisted
- Work alongside experienced industry professionals in a collaborative environment
- Be part of a company known for delivering high-quality commercial projects
- Salary Package up to $110k + Super + $15k Car Allowance
- Trade background essential – carpentry is most desirable, but we are also open to those from plumbing, electrical, or other trades
- 1+ years of experience working on commercial construction sites is essential
- Ambition & Motivation – we are looking for individuals eager to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility
